Personal Profile

Currently, I'm working at Marconi (Communications) Plc as a Performance Analyst. The aim of the department is to develop, promote and support improved strategies to recruit new and retain our existing customer base through building strong relationships between ourselves and our clients. Since moving into this role, I have successfully project-managed the launch of newer and technologically more advanced customer switching-network traffic-management systems that allow for closer supervision and monitoring for clients. The next step in my career progression would be to move onto Broadband Network, including ATM (Asynchronous Transfer Mode), SMDS etc. At the moment, I’m working towards obtaining the Chartered Engineering Status (C.Eng).

Education

I graduated in 1997 from Liverpool John Moores University with M.Sc Degree in Microelectronic & Information Engineering.

B.Sc (Hons) in Electronics Engineering (1995) from University of Central Lancashire Industrial Project: An Environmental Fibre optic Temperature Sensor using Thermochromic Solution.
