Win the Teddy Bear Award Of Excellence! It is a very high award which goes only to the best pages. When I say best pages I mean to the best of your ability! Really any page can win as long as it abides by the guidelines which are as follows:

1. Your page must abide by your server's guidelines (E.g Geocities etc.)

2. Your page must be suitable for all ages to see.

3. Your page must be creative and not just a content of links

4. You page must have no stolen graphics without credits and no broken images or links.
