The Ohio River Road Runners Club is THE Dayton area's source for race information. Our team is part of the ORRRC Team Challenge for 1999. RoadKill runners are invited to visit this site often for results and events. Membership to the ORRRC is encouraged!

This is a link to an excellent site for information on running in Cincinnati. You'll find information on events and runners in the Cincy area. They do a nice job trying to follow the local High School scene as well.

The Dayton Cycling Club Website contains information about cycling events in the Dayton area. The Dayton Cycling club pays attention to the "casual touring" cyclist to the "pound the pedals" racing cyclist.

Miami Valley Rails to Trails Page.....
Although most of the "Rail to Trail" paths in the Dayton area are "road bike friendly", they are excellent for smooth "mountain bike" touring or training. Great for family outings...not so great if you're looking for "dirt" and "air".

Health Fitness Promotions
Health Fitness Promotions has been putting on MAJOR multisport race throughout Ohio for the last 10 years. One of its largest events is the OHIO DUATHLON/TRIATHLON CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES. You'll see many of the HFP races on our events calendar. HFP's Website give details on all its events and up to date race results.
