I. League Structure
1. Every league will include 12 teams, seperated into 3 divisions, with 4 teams each.
II. Team Structure
1. Each team shall consist of no more than 16 players.
2. A starting lineup consists of either:
1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 UTIL, 1 K, & 1 DEF
or
1 QB, 1 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 UTIL, 1 K, & 1 DEF(UTIL is a RB, WR, or TE).

IV. Ties
In the event of tie during the regular season, each team will receive a half-win, half-loss. In the event of a tie during the playoffs, there are three guidelines:
1. Head-to-Head record
2. Most points scored during regular season
3. Least points scored against during regular season
4. Coin Flip
V. The Draft
1. The draft will be an e-mail draft or a live draft depending on the circumstances. In the case of a live draft a channel will be made on the IRC where the complete 16 round draft will occur.
2. Trades are allowed at any time during the draft.
3. There will be a random lottery to determine the draft order.
4. This will be a snake draft, meaning that if I have the 2nd pick in the
first round, then I have the 11th pick in the second round. This is also
a list draft. For example, if you have the sixth pick in the first round
you will need to submit a list of your top 6 players. When it comes to
your pick, I will take the highest available player on your list.
VI. Free Agency/Trades
1. Here is how free agency will work. The free agent wire will be in
reverse order of points scored. So the team with the least amount of
points scored will be first on the waiver wire. E-mail your free agent transactions
to: jsiebert@fuse.net.
2. You are allowed two free agent transactions per week. Free agency
transactions can occur between 12:00 a.m. cst on Tuesday till 4:00 p.m.
cst on Thursday.
3. The last week for free agent signings will be week 12.
4. All trades must be submitted to the commissioner for approval.
5. Free Agency begins once the first week's games are over.
6. If there is a tie in least amount of points scored, then most points given up will win.
7. There is an Injured Reserve in this league where you can place up to two players on reserve at once. You can place a player on reserve and pick up a player within the free agency guidelines and roster restrictions, but you must drop a player within a week of the injured player coming back.
VII. The Playoffs
1. The playoffs will start in week 15 and end in week 17.
2. There will a 2 week playoff. The 3 divisions winners and 3 wildcards
with the three next best records are in the playoffs. The #1 seed and #2 seed (two best regular season records) receive a bye in week 15.
The #3 seed plays the #6 seed and #4 seed plays the #5 seed.
3. The winner of the #3 vs. #6 game will take on the #2 seed in week 16. The winner of the #4 vs. #5 game will take on the #1 seed in week 16. Winners from week 16 will play in Superbowl in Week 17.
