The only uniform characteristic among members is their supportive personalities. Male and female members range in age from late 20s to early 70s. Some members worry they'll "never survive" a workout of four half-miles--others walk marathons. Some finish a mile in under 8.5 minutes--others in over 13 minutes. Some race in organized events every chance they get and are nationally ranked--some have never competed outside the club at all. However, EVERYONE has a winning attitude!

The P.A.C. holds year-round workouts Wednesday evenings (generally 6:00 or 6:30PM) with a coaching support fee of $10.00. We currently have an active membership of 35 with anywhere from 10-25 folks showing up each week for our club workout with nationally-renowned Coach Mike DeWitt.
