How To Purchase Tickets

Although Red Wings games are always sold out, there are usually single-seat packages available up to a few days before a game.

Box Office Hours
The Box Office is open between 10AM and 6PM Monday through Friday and on event days. Weekend hours are adjusted by events.

Will Call
Will Call tickets are available at the Box Office 2 hours prior to the event. Customers must present the actual credit card, a picture ID and the confirmation number. The Will Call Window is located at the Box Office on the street level on the W. Jefferson side of the building.

Commuter Directions
From I-94 East/West (Detroit/Ann Arbor)
Take I-94 to the Lodge south. Follow the Lodge to the Jefferson/Joe Louis Arena exit. The exit
will lead you directly to the JLA parking garage. JLA will be on your left hand side.

From I-96 east/west (Lansing, Brighton)
Take I-96 to I-75 north. Follow I-75 to Rosa Parks Blvd. (Joe Louis Civic Center Parking exit). Turn right on Rosa Parks. Rosa Parks will curve into Jefferson. Follow Jefferson to parking garage. JLA will be on your right hand side.

From I-75 south (Downriver communities, Toledo, Monroe)
Take I-75 to the Rosa Parks Blvd exit. (Joe Louis Civic Center Parking exit). Turn right on Rosa Parks. Rosa Parks will curve into Jefferson. Follow Jefferson to parking garage. JLA will be on your right hand side.

From I-75 south to the Lodge south
Follow the Lodge to the Jefferson/Joe Louis Arena exit. The exit will lead you directly to the JLA parking garage. JLA will be on the left hand side.

Public Transportation
Joe Louis Arena is on a Public Bus Route, contact the Detroit Transportation Authority for scheduling. Joe Louis Arena is also on the People Mover Route. Consult a schedule at a station for schedules.

Parking
The Joe Louis Arena garage on W. Jefferson is directly connected to the building. Other public parking is available in garages downtown, from which you can take the People Mover to the arena.

Cameras and recording devices are typically not allowed. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas outside of Joe Louis Arena.
