Scholarly books published by INAPE will be in a full hypermultimedia format and distributed on CD-ROM. In the future we plan to produce a bulletin for the World Wide Web that utilises hypermultimedia techniques to present research results.
Manuscripts will normally be published as soon as they have been reviewed, revised, copyedited, and coded for presentation in a hypermultimedia CD-ROM format. Each regular book manuscript or article published will be anonymously reviewed by at least two referees. Final decisions about all publications will be made by the editor.
