There is no submission fee. All articles and book manuscripts must be submitted as machine-readable ASCII (text) files. Either email your article to the Editor or send an IBM-compatible diskette together with a single hard copy in the regular mail.
Your article or book manuscript will be sent out for anonymous review. Please eliminate statements that identify the author(s), such as "In a previous work we (Smith, Horowitz, and Samuels 1994)..."
Figures, tables and graphics may be done either as ASCII, JPEG or GIF files to the extent possible and included in the main document. If some ancillary materials such as graphics cannot be produced in the formats indicated above they should be sent as camera-ready hard copy. Camera-ready graphics will be scanned and included as JPEG or GIF files in your hypermultimedia CD-ROM publication. Uncopyrighted photographs, videos, animated graphics and audios can also be included and are encouraged. To the extent possible authors should make an effort to provide these in a format that is ready for electronic publication. Authors are also encouraged to include separate Appendices that contain data used in their papers. These can be either ASCII or binary files, or both. SPSS or SAS system files are acceptable.
