Specific Responsibilities: |
|
- Monitors
the pupils' tardiness and
observance of the school's
uniform and haircut policies and
makes a monthly report on the
same to the respective head
teachers for follow-up
- Receives
reports from advisers regarding
student violators of school rules
and regulations as well as those
with frequent tardiness and long
absences, then makes the
necessary follow-up with parents.
- Acts
on behavioral cases referred to
her office and recommends to the
Administration the appropriate
measures consonant to policies
stipulated in the student
handbook
- Acts
as coordinator of the Grade
School Parents' Council affairs
and as suchattends the meetings
of the council and monitors all
projects and activities of
parents acts and decides in
behalf of the Administration on
matters concerning parents'
involvement in school activities
monitors the entry and presence
of parents inside campus
specially during class hours
- Takes
charge of the distribution of the
students' Handbook and conducts a
briefing of advisers regarding
its content
- Assists
the principal in briefing the new
teachers on policies and
regulations both for the faculty
and the students
- Has
three (3) loads

Specific Responsibilities: |
|
|
|
- Keeps
records and administers record
forms relative to attendance,
tardiness and disciplinary cases
of students
- Receives
reports on disciplinary cases,
makes investigation and decides
on appropriate sanction based on
the Students' Handbook except on
serious disciplinary cases
- Records
and reports to the Principal
disciplinary cases referred to
the O.P.D.
- Confers
with parents of students under
suspension or with disciplinary
problems aside from adivising
students themselves when need
arises
- Makes
referrals to the Guidance Office
for follow-up
- Participates
in the formulation of school
policies regarding disciplinary
measures
- Checks
authenticity of parent's
signature on excuse letters
- Conducts
follow-ups on students with long
or frequent absences, frequent
tardiness and repeated violations
of school rules and regulations.
