About Albert Chan

Albert is a Certified General Accountant.  He was educated at Queen's College, Hong Kong, and Sir Charles Tupper Secondary School in Vancouver. After studying for five years at Simon Fraser University, Albert graduated with a Certificate in Liberal Arts, a Bachelor of Arts (Major in Political Science), and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Concentrations in Accounting, Finance, and Policy Analysis).  Indeed, very few people can obtain a university education with such breadth and depth within a short period of time.

Albert sees active participation by private citizens the key to community enhancement and fulfillment of social harmony.  He has always been very active in community affairs.  For examples, he was a Student Council Vice-President in high school, and he served on the Simon Fraser University Senate for four terms, including 12 committees (as a student, and an alumnus).  During his leisure time, Albert likes listening to music, participating in public affairs, reading books, riding bicycle, playing badminton, and tennis, hiking, and travelling.
