As you will have noticed some lists are not complete, while in some other
cases there are even no lists given. This is mostly because the information
I have is to incomplete to be published.
So all help allowing me to complete - or correct - some existing lists
(missing office-holders, missing full names or years of birth or death, ...)
or to add new lists is very welcome and will be highly appreciated, all
credits going of course to the providers
