The mailing list is a site newsletter, containing news and updates regarding the site. Discussions on Dome will be reserved to the Discussion Board, but we are not saying that you are not allowed to post on the mailing list. BUT if you ARE going to post at the mailing list, ideally post about inquiries, etc. on Dome.
