Procedures
Contact the school for an information package that includes the registration form. Families wishing to register must submit a completed registration form along with the registration fee to the school office. They will be contacted to arrange a time for an interview by the principal. Students in grade 7 and up must complete a student
questionaire and have their own interview with the principal. Families that register early receive a discount equal to the amount of the registration fee.

Tuition may be paid over 12 months. The 12 Monthly fees are as follows:

As an Early Registration Incentive, the registration fee of $150/family
will be applied to the tuition cost for those who register prior to April
12, 2002. The registration fee is non-refundable.
You may deduct 5%
from your tuition fee if you are paying the full amount before (or on)
the first day of school in September.
There is an incentive for recommending LWCA to someone. The attending family
and the referred family receive $100
off their tuition for each new
student enrolled. Please inform the office of the referral while you are
registering.
Post-dated cheques for the tuition fees are required and are to be dated for
the first day of each month. All 12 post-dated cheques must be in the office
by the first day of the school year.
There is a $20 charge for all NSF cheques.
Families registering during the school year will pay a registration fee, and
will also be responsible for paying the full month’s tuition in the month in
which they enter.
Any student withdrawn during the school year will be charged an administration
fee equivalent to one month’s tuition. Tuition will not be pro-rated for a
student leaving prior to month’s end.
Tuition bursaries are available to qualifying families. Applications available
at the office.
These fees include the Student Field Trip fee.
