The Toronto Association of Visual Language Interpreters (TAVLI) is proud to sponsor a Scholarship for Ontario students of American Sign Language/English Interpretation.

Funds for this scholarship were originally donated by the Consortium on Communication in Education. Thanks to George Brown College - Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services - a major sponsor of the Consortium. They allowed us to make this scholarship possible!

It is our hope to continue to provide financial support for students of George Brown College. Note: Applicants must be a member of a professional interpreter organization and provide proof of said upon request. Please share this information with your colleagues.

Applicants must submit :

a cover letter, outlining their commitment to the field and their financial need (2 pages

maximum),

updated resume,

2 reference forms (enclosed),

and a copy of official transcripts (copies are acceptable,originals are not required).
