SMK Maxwell (Maxwell Secondary School) is strategically, that is situated along Jalan Tun Ismail. It is also near to the second mile of Jalan Ipoh with 2 famous hotels namely Dynasty Hotel and Grand Pacific Hotel in its vicinity. The school is just a stone's throw from the internationally known Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC), The Mall Shopping Complex, Legend Hotel and Pan Pacific Hotel. Access to the school is conveniently served by a good network of bus services and not forgetting the newly introduced Light Rail Transit (LRT) with its station just within walking distance.
