its challenges and triumphs, its joys and sorrows.

These tales can be enacted or told, sang or chanted.

They are old tales or new ones, just created, like this one





The Myth we live by is that the Medusa
like a Knife will pierce our skin
like an angry goddess challenge us to fight
the unborn baby in the Womb


But the Old Myth tells that Medusa was the goddess of the Moon
the Triple goddess of Creation, Preservation, Destruction
the One-in-Three, the Three-in-One
she had all the colors and would appear in a thousand guises
Flow gently, Burn fiery, Live passionately, Destroy fiercely
move Wild and Sacred through her phases of the Moon


The Myth we live by is that the Snake
will rattle through our bodies, and like in Paradise
seduce us to eat the Apple
thus open our eyes
and while we are innocently asleep, set the Rose a fire


But the Old Myths tell that the apple was the fruit of the Goddess
and the snake a symbol of her wisdom, her-Self, her consort
so I say: Welcome  my Sacred Serpent
welcome with your Apple
I will enjoy to taste the Core of it
and live the Fire of the Rose!
