What else would you expect to download at
The Weird World other than programs that are none other
than weird? The Weird World programmers have been at it
for some time now, pumping out quality programs with no
point, for the entertainment of the world at large!
Download them and see if they help you in the quest to
lose brain cells!
Most of these programs will require this
file: msvbvm60.dll

The Animals of planet Earth
have taken all they can stand after years and
years of harrassment by human beings. Now it's
they're turn.
Ever wanted to watch animals go
to war against humans? Well now you can, with
Animal War. This handy little program will let
you orchestrate your own war between the animals
by playing different sounds. You'll have a large
number of animal noises at your disposal, as well
as an arsenal of weaponry to help you assist the
humans in they're defense against the animals. Do
you have what it takes to bring long deserved
peace and justice to the world of animals? Use
your imagination to help you in the epic battles
of Animal War.

Why would anybody want to
invest in a radio or stereo system when they can
have the fun and funcionality of the fun to watch
little bar that goes up and down with the volume,
when they've got that bar right here on the
computer. Pointless Programs Unlimited is proud
to present a revelotionary new program that has
completely innovated the way people listen to
music, by taking away all of the music
"rubbish" and having only the peaking
little volume meter. Simple to use, with three
different speeds and a manual click control, Bar
is sure to become a household name once the world
catches on to the fact that they don't have to
listen to music to watch the volume go up and
down. (Note: Try clicking everything in this
program, including the copywrite logo and all, to
get access to all of its features.)

This is a pointless program
that actually somewhat has a point. Ever wanted
to put together a puzzle on the computer? We did,
and we couldn't find any virtual puzzles. So what
did we do? We made one. Now, you to, can enjoy
the absolute pleasure and entertainment that
comes from putting together a puzzle made of
virtual pieces. And just what is this a puzzle of
you ask? Well, it's a puzzle of The Weird World
art section's Bears on the Toilet. That's right,
you can put the bears together right on your
desktop. The only thing you need to know is that
the pieces to not automatically click into place
(making it that much more challenging), and that
all of the pieces start in the upper left-hand
corner of the screen, stacked on top of each
other. Now get to work, and let's get those bears
some relief.

Feeling generous? Need
to give a little back? Well Money Machine
is here to help. Every time you open this
amazing program, you will automatically
donate one virtual dollar to it. You can
click on the button to donate an extra
dollar at a time. And that's not all...if
you're feeling extremely generous, you
can click on the dollar sign
"$", and you will be taken to a
screen that will allow you to donate
one-hundred dollars at a time! You'll
feel much better about not donating in
real life to anything, once you've
donated a whopping $1000 to this program.
But don't stop there! The program WANTS
to be donated to. Donate as much and as
often as you can. Don't worry, when you
leave the program and come back, the
money you donated before will still be
there, sitting in the money machines
donation bank. So get to it guys,
download the Money Machine and make
yourselves feel like you actually made a
difference, even though you probably
really didn't.

Let's face it.
Everybody likes to look at a strobe
light. It makes you feel somewhat dizzy,
like you're going into warp drive with
your toes touching the back of your head.
But why don't strobe lights come in
different colors? Sure, you can buy those
little gels to go over them to change the
color, but they still look white. Well
that problem is no more. Download
Psychadelic Monitor, turn all of the
lights off in the room you're in, start
up the program, and sit back for a
psychadelic ride. Choose two colors out
of a 48 color spectrum, set the speed to
"strobe", and hit the start
button. Wow. The effect is strongest when
using two colors that are complete
opposites, such as red and blue. The
strobe effect can be slowed down to the
default "normal" setting for
those of you that get to tripped out and
dizzy easily, which brings us to the
warning: If strobe lights give you
seizures, or if you have epilepsy, don't
use this program. The one thing we would
hate more than anything would be to be
responsible for some poor guy having a
seizure. Now, for everyone else,
download, choose your colors, and use
this hyperdrive like program to go to
warp speed and break the boundaries of
time and space!
