Ocarinas are globular vessel flutes dating to ancient times. Many are just toys or whistles, but Dragon Ocarinas offer flutes with lead-free glazes that are actual instruments, the 4 hole playing the entire scale and the 6 hole attaining notes in the next octave. Each ocarina comes with a neck cord and a songbook that utilizes a system of dots and circles so that anyone can learn to play. Practicing the scales and songs from the songbook enable one to develop the dexterity and familiarity necessary to figure out other tunes. It's easy to keep your ocarina handy!
