Commentary:
As you can clearly see the cabonyl streching peak (indicated by an arrow) has got a considerable red-shift. This is caused by conjugation with the benzene ring. The OH-stretch band (inverted) is broad as a cause of hydrogen bonding. Bla, bla, bla, bla, bla...
