Latest News: The Jes will be racing at Portora Regatta, in Enniskillen on Saturday 20^th May.

The club were at Limerick Regatta on Saturday 13^th May. All crews had a great day especially the girls who won the Womens Novice Eights event, yet again. Unfortunately they hadn't the chance to duplicate this result in the fours as they missed the start of the race, the J18 sculler, David Higgins, had a similar experience. The mens crew came second in their J18 Eights race and two of the crew were requested to attend the Irish squad training the following day.

IR�120,000 draw launched in aid of Jes Rowing Club. On Sunday 20th February the Jes launched a massive fundraising draw in aid of a new clubhouse. The draw is open to all and tickets cost IR�50 (to enter all draws), or IR�10 a month for five months (to enter each draw individually). Each month 1st prize is one of four prizes worth approx. IR�10,000 each, these draws will take place for the first four months of the draw. A grand prize of a bungalow built on your site (or IR�40,000 in cash) is the prize in the final draw. There will also be many prizes worth smaller amounts each month. The total value of the prizes to be won is IR�120,000. The Jes were at Neptune Regatta on Saturday 8^th April. After a very good days racing for all Jes crews, the women had won the Womens Novice Eights event and the men had won the Mens Junior 16 Quad event.
