Hello and welcome to the Sabattis Adventure Camp website.

Sabattis is a Boy Scout Camp in the Adirondacks. Located on scenic Bear Pond offers a full in-camp and out-of-camp program. Situated well off Route 30 between Long Lake and Tupper Lake it is right in the heart of one of the premier High Adventure areas in the Northeast where you can go to sleep every night to the mournful calling of Loons. You can walk right out of camp and be in the middle of the wilderness still much the same as it was 100 years ago.

We are open for 4 weeks in July. Sabattis Adventure Camp is run by the Watchung Area Council in New Jersey. Please, do not confuse us with Camp Sabattis, which is part of the Hiawatha Council in New York. The activity areas offered at Sabattis for scouts include Shooting Sports, Waterfront, Scoutcraft, and Ecology. There are also job opportunities available at Sabattis. The Health Lodge also offers First Aid, you can follow the link to see the full schedule for the Health Lodge

We have a full schedule for the day so you can see what is going on in all the areas throughout the day by time slot.

You can see what photos of Sabattis we have available here. If you have photos of Sabattis that are already scanned in and you think would be good for the page, please send an e-mail to the webmaster.
