First off, let's define some terms and get some information straight.
As you read through these terms and practices, you will easily see who
acts as the American's true aggressor and who is on the defense.
You should also be able to figure out (from all the people you know)
who sits on the sidelines and refuses to take a side.
It may even be YOU!
According to Black's Law Dictionary and Universal Law:
Belligerent. In international law. As an adjective,
it means engaged in lawful war. As a noun, it designates
either of two nations which are actually in a state of
war with each other, as well as their allies actively
co-operating, as distinguished from a nation which takes
no part in the war and maintains a strict indifference
as between the contending parties, called a "neutral."
U.S. v. The Ambrose Light, D.C.N.Y., 25 F. 412; Johnson v. Jones,
44 Ill. 151, 92 Am.Dec.159.
Belligerents. A body of insurgents who by reason of
their temporary organized government are regarded as
conducting lawful hostilities. Also, militia, corps of
volunteers,and others, who although not part of the
regular army of the state, are regarded as lawful
combatants provided they observe the laws of war.

Belligerency. In International law. The status of
de facto statehood attributed to a body of insurgents,
by which their hostilities are legalized. Before they
can be recognized as belligerents they must have some
sort of political organization and be carrying what in
international law is regarded as legal war. There must
be an armed struggle between two political bodies, each
of which exercises de facto authority over persona within
a determining territory, and commands an army which is
prepared to observe the ordinary laws of war.

De Facto. In fact, in deed, actually.
Claim. To demand as one's own; to assert,
Hill v. Henry, 66 N.J.Eg. 150, 57 Atl. 555.
To state; to urge; to insist.
Claimant. One who claims or asserts a right, demand or
claim though sometimes "claimant" has a more restrictive
meaning.
Weisberger v. Workman's Compensation Bureau, 70 N.D. 165, 292 N.W. 627,
128 A.L.R. 1482.
Insurgent. One who participates in an insurrection;
one who opposes the execution of law by force of arms,
or who rises in revolt against the constituted authorities.
Hearon v. Calus, 178 S.C. 381, 183 S.E. 13, 20.
Imprison. To put in a prison; to put in a place of confinement. To confine a person, or restrain his liberty, in any way.
Imprisonment. The act of putting or confining a man in
prison; the restraint of a man's personal liberty; coercion
exercised upon a person to prevent the free exercise of his
powers of locomotion.

The right to all captures vests primarily in the sovereign.
A fundamental maximum of public law. Cited 2 Russ.& M.56.
Militia. The body of citizens in a state, enrolled for
discipline as a military force, but not engaged in actual
service except in emergencies. as distinguished from
regular troops or a standing army.

S.E. 778; Stary v. Perkins, D.C.Ga., 243 F. 997, 999.
Title 18 U.S.C.@11. Foreign Government Defined.
The term "foreign government", as used in this title,
includes any government, faction, or body of insurgents
within a country with which the United States is at peace,
irrespective of recognition by the United States.

We could go into great detail with the abuses of the assumed power by the
United States (note: "U.S. refers only to the government, we live in these united
States of America). The government is as corrupt as a dog's hind leg is bent.
We have been living in occupied enemy territory for a very long time. It is so
long, in fact, many people do not know and do not care exactly who the
insurgents and belligerents really are. It is very obvious exactly who the
oppressors are and who has been duped into giving up their rights for mere
privileges. We know who was tricked and lied to and who is censored and taxed
beyond any reasonable means. We know the long trail of governmental abuses
that have inevitably...
HOLD ON, let's look at the original document that states this very same thing:
"When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to
dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to
assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which
the Laws of Nature and of natures God entitle them, a decent respect to the
opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel
them to the separation. We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are
created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable
Rights. That among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. That
to secure these rights, governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just
powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any form of
government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to
alter or abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such
principles and organizing its powers in such form as to them shall seem most
likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that
governments long established should not be changed for light and transient
causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown, that mankind are more
disposed to suffer while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by
abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of
abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object winces a design to
reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw
off such government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.
Such has been the patient sufferance of these [peoples;] and such is now the
necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government."

Colonial Congress' Unanimous Declaration from 1776.
To complete the "Declaration of Independence" (as it is known), we must list the abuses and tyranny brought upon us by the current government beginning from the first was the Americans lost regarding States rights. Often called the War Between the States, or the Civil War. We do not have enough room, nor enough time to do so. The links below will lead you to many other very informative web pages.
The entirety of this web site is to prove that we are AT WAR with the very
government who calls us their chattel, and have been that way for over a
century.
Call it the United Nations, the United States, The New World Order, the
Masons, the Jews, the Illuminatti, the CFR, the Trilateral Commission, or that
furry thing from Star Wars... We are at war with an Occupied Enemy who have
called themselves by Yankees more often than not. If you believe in a strong and
oppressive government, then you are a Yankee. If you believe in Life, Liberty
and the pursuit of your own Happiness, then you are an American at heart. This
is not about the Mason-Dixon Line or where you were born. It has nothing to do
with the northern or southern, eastern or western States, except that they are all
under a government's control who could care less about the American people
and our rights. If you feel you MUST call yourself a Yankee to sleep better,
THEN DO IT, but remember which master you really serve!
Now is the time to Call to Arms!
We have waited far too long to act upon their aggression,
AMERICA IS AT WAR!
Choose your side or don't choose at all, either way you will have made your choice. Read a Bible, read a Playboy, it will make NO difference if you never act upon your duty and your right as an American. Use it or lose it!
We have included a few money making ideas for you if you find that you are not wealthy enough to prepare for the coming problems. (Since we cannot get our American acts together, the enemy will bring the fight to us with martial law).
TIP#1: Visit your local auto dealership as a shopper and learn where they store
the keys at night for the trucks on the lot. Do some research to locate any other
important 'bounty' required for self-defense when the time comes.

TIP#2: Research weaponry if you have no knowledge of the current firearms and ammunitions, etc... If you do not have a modern gun, keep in mind that captured weapons and guns from dead enemies (& compatriots) work fine too.
TIP#3: Don't be afraid to voice your opinion to others about how strongly you
feel towards the tyranny going on, but be careful of how 'violent' you may come
across to the common misinformed and purposely mislead idiots around us.
We all know that the government likes to use tax dollars to pry into our lives, so
be wary of "spies", "spooks," and paid informants. Don't get carried away with
the paranoia though, cause your mom (probably) really does love you.
TIP#4: Store up water in gallon containers. Try to locate containers to store gasoline or better yet, diesel fuel. They make great barter items if you don't have them already. Buy some extra food that stores well, too. Plan a route to a safe place and tell a few of your most trusted friends to do the same.

distinguished from a vassal or feudal tenant. (And so in Pennsylvania colonial law.
Fry's Election Case, 71 Pa. 308, 10 Am.Rep. 698.) In old English law, the word
described a freeholder or tenant by free services; one who was not a villein.
In modern legal phraseology, it is the appellation of a member of a city or borough
having the right of suffrage, or a member of any municipal corporation invested with
full civic rights.
FREEDOM. The state of being free; liberty;
self-determination; absence of restraint; the opposite of
slavery.

according to the dictates of the will, without other check, hindrance,
or prohibition than such may be imposed by just and necessary laws
and the duties of social life. (*)The prevalence, in the government
and constitution of a country, of such a system of laws and institutions
