Welcome, visitors. As you can see, this is my first attempt to create a web page and it's a little rough around the edges. So, please be kind. Anyway, I'm an IS contractor working in the St. Louis Metro Area. I've played with computers since my uncle bought a Taiwanese Apple knock off. I'm just glad to be able to pay my bills doing something I'm remotely interested in. As for leisure time - Bicycling!, reading, tinkering and general hands on stuff.

I was born in the nation of Malaysia - yes, THAT one - and grew up in various places in various states - Terengannu, Kelantan, Selangor to name a few. I came to the US in 1985 to pursue my tertiary education at
Southeast Missouri State University. It was cheap, okay. My parents aren't millionaires.
Here in the States, my life plans changed completely. I met my wife at college and we got married in 1989.

Since then, we've lived in St. Charles county, Missouri and really haven't gotten out much. We plan to change that!
As an avid bicyclist, I've discovered many great road and off road rides around the St. Louis Metro area. I won't go into much detail since there's a great amount of information available about it. But, I have a road bike  and a mountain bike. Specifically, my mountain bike is a 1997 Klein Mantra Comp made by:

My current road bike is a Nishiki linear time trialer with those crazy 24 inch front wheels. They were called -
among other things - "funny bikes" as in "funny car" dragsters. However, as old as I'm getting, the riding position is a little too radical now. So, my next road bike will be a Kestrel 500EMS, made by:
