N2BQF is not going to update this site that often !

Since Yahoo has changed they policy regarding FTP, I will no longer be able to use FTP to upload files to this webpage.  Instead, I will be using their file manger which is much more involved in uploading files.   As a result of not being able to FTP the packet bulletins download  files on this site will not be updated as often or as robust as my other sites, listed below, are.
