The Story so Far...

I am a 24-year-old  graduate of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County where I  majored in Psychology and Journalism.

In college I started working  with traffic.com, as a traffic reporter and producer and occasional broadcaster. I did this for Baltimore for a long time, and in Orlando for  a bit, and now have settled into doing it in Washington, D.C. in the Silver Spring office. It's still a fun gig to do part-time, because I have a real job..

After volunteering for 7 years, I broke down and decided to take the plunge and become a career firefighter for Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services. Starting September 3, 2002, I went through the academy, and ended up assigned to Fire Station 20 with the Bethesda Fire Department. I am now serving as a firefighter/rescuer and as a member of the Hazardous Incident Response Team (HIRT.) I have pictures on my picture page. Click HERE.

Folks have asked if I still drive the truck I drove in high school. I do. Here is a picture of it dressed as a shark (with some weird lesbians) at a Buffett show in VA.

I also drive my 2002 Saturn SC2. Here is a pic of Mr. XE the pickup and his little brother Baby SC.

This is a picture of me at my biggest, but it shows why I love Vegas. Beer and strange body parts on the walls. I think this was inside the Mandalay Bay.

My Interests:

Music: In 2003, I can attest that I attended over 15 concerts with the DEAD. Their music still rocks, and it is very cool that they can still rock after performing since 1965 as a group.

Jimmy Buffett is also way cool. I have been to concerts to see Jimmy every year since 1995. Wow, his shows, and he pre-shows are always awesome.

I also enjoy staying reasonably fit. I like to lift weights, jog, and tromp around in the woods.

I GO NOT enjoy cold weather, shoveling snow, chipping ice, or having to wear pants to work.
