Our Mission

It is the mission of the Puerto Rico Council in partnership with our chartered organizations to serve the youth and the community of Puerto Rico by delivering quality programs designed to instill values in young people and in other ways to prepare them to make ethical choices over their lifetime in achieving their full potential. We also provide the best personnel, physical, and financial resources available to deliver the full Scouting program to as many youth as possible.
