Welcome to The Blue Ridge Fly-Fishing Association Home Page. The B.R.F.F.A as we like to call it, was formed by folks who just can't get enough of the sport of Fly-Fishing. However, lacking the financial backing of wealthy corporate sponsors we have had to resort to finding ways to wet our flies without emptying our wallets. To do this we have focused on North Carolina Fly-Fishing (close to home). We have found that world class, year round fly-fishing can be found right here in the NC mountains. Don't get us wrong - we would love to visit Argentina or take weekend junkets out west, but lets face it - we can't afford to do that every month. We can, and do however, take many local weekend and day trips to streams and ponds here in NC several times each year. I will be expanding the page in the near future to include info on several great places to "wet your waders" as well as some funny stories from our newsletter. Bookmark us and check in often.
