full-time RVer
, living in a 35' fifth wheel, and having more fun than I ever dreamed possible. Even though I haven't gotten as far as I'd planned at the beginning of this new lifestyle, I do have travelling on my mind and hope to be back on the road -- seriously! -- by the summer of 1998. Meantime, I am in the San Francisco Bay Area, working at jobs without much stress, and enjoying two of my grandsons.
My Background
I was originally from Oregon, where my wife, Lee, and I raised four kids, every kind of animal I could haul home to the farm, and a lot of hell. My work background confined me to the building trades and property management, but my hobbies have been quite diversified. Actually, the family claims I'm a Jack of All Trades, Master of Most! I have enjoyed fishing, both sport and commercial, hunting, anything to do with electronics, riding, roping and rodeoing, photography, reading, gardening, travelling -- and if that's not enough, I am a gourmet cook, specializing in ethnic dishes of many cultures, and meat curing and sausage making, and buying and selling used cars.
