We offer low-cost, convenient hardware & software repair services as well as advice and assistance with system upgrades, preventive maintenance and other non-repair services.

Carry In Repair Service
To receive our discount $25.00 per hour repair rate, you will need to bring the items you would like repaired to my home shop. You do not need to bring your entire computer system, just the unit that has the problem. e.g. the printer or the computer itself
Troubleshooting
I can determine whether a problem with your equipment is hardware or software related
by using various diagnostic tools.
Upgrades
I specialize in upgrades including the installation of more memory, larger hard drives, DSL connections, as well as all Internet related house wiring and connections.
Data Back-Up and Recovery
I can attempt to recover your data from a damaged hard drive or can direct you to companies which specialize in that service. Prices vary according to the size of the hard drive. Estimates are available.
Prompt Service
Repairs are completed on a first-in, first out basis. Repair times do vary based on what your total repair/upgrade will include, but I will always try and get your equipment operational and back to you as soon as possible. I will provide you with a realistic ETA and keep you updated during extended repairs or upgrades. Small jobs can be done while you wait
