Join us on June 11, 12, and 13, 1999 for our 8^th annual Civil War Days in beautiful Lakewood Forest Preserves located in Wauconda, IL approximately one hour north west of Chicago. A portion of the proceeds will be used for continuing to improve the Civil War Exhibits the Lake County Museum maintains.

There will be a morning semi-scripted tactical taking place on Saturday on over 200 acres of Forest Preserve land. The tactical site has heavy woods, large unmowed fields, ravines, as well as some groomed trails.

Saturday afternoon we will be sponsoring a number of seminars for the civilian and the military. There will be Twilight Tours of the camps on Saturday evening.

On Sunday we will be commemorating Flag Day there will be a spectator-oriented battle and camp activities. We will also be commemorating Flag Day.
