La Leche League of Greater Danbury, Connecticut
La Leche League is an international, nonprofit, nonsectarian organization dedicated to
providing education, information, support, and encouragement to women who want to
breastfeed.
La Leche League of Greater Danbury, Connecticut offers support and information through:
- Mother to Mother Support
- Monthly Meetings
- Telephone Help from Accredited Leaders
- Lending Library (books on childbirth, breastfeeding, and related subjects)
All pregnant and nursing mothers are encouraged to come to our meetings. Babies and
toddlers are always welcome at the meetings. Membership in LLL is available for $40 per
year. Membership benefits include subscription to NEW BEGINNINGS, LLL's bimonthly
parenting magazine.
 Meeting Information
The Greater Danbury Group usually meets the first Tuesday of every month at 7:00 PM and the
last Tuesday of every month at 10:00 AM.
Daytime meetings are held at the Danbury Church of Christ, 90 Clapboard Ridge Rd. This is north of Danbury High School.
Evening meetings are held at the Connecticut Childbirth
and Women's Center, 94 Locust Avenue, Danbury.

International to help mothers and mothers-to-be with all aspects of breastfeeding. For
