We promise to have very competitive prices but of course we cannot compete with the parallel importers. However, you do have the satisfaction and benefit of a full New Zealand warranty with all products here. Most online parallel importers have to send their items back to Asia or the US for warranty claims, hence a big frustrating wait for you, the customer.
