An item is in the process of being sold if you see "sale pending" next to it. If you do not see anything that says, "sale pending," or "sold".. it's still available!

HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE
If you are interested in any of these items, send me a email at sandycheng511@hotmail.com. In the email, please include what items you would like to purchase (rather by name or item # if one is provided) and which payment method you're choosing. If shipping is available and you want your items shipped, please make a note of that and include your address in the email.
After I receive your email, I will respond with all the necessary information (PayPal id, my address, times for pick-up or shipping cost).
Just like any garage sale, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
FOR SHIPPED ITEMS: I accept PayPal, Check, Or Money Order.
If you’re paying with a personal check, please allow up to 7 days from the date your payment was received for your check to clear. After your payment is cleared, your item will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
FOR "PICK UP" ITEMS: I accept PayPal (I must receive your payment before you can pick up your item) or cash.
PICK UP SCHEDULE
You can pick up your items Monday-Thursday after 6:30 p.m. For Friday, Saturday, and Sunday pickups, we'll have to work that out but I'll be free most of the day.
