Hello, I am the Super Caloy, aka s_caloy.  i have decided to re-activate this URL and make it my online food portfolio.  This site was originally used to express my obsession for Anime and Manga.  basically, to show that i was an otaku.  unfortunately, i grew bored with updating this and the other sites that i had opened.  the last time i had probably updated any of those sites was probably back in 1999, while i was still in college. Like i said before, this will now be my online food portfolio.  this site will contain some of the food i made for school.  what school did i go to?  The CSCA, the California School of Culinary Arts, Le Cordon Bleu Program, in Pasadena California.  i majored in the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Program.  I started in November 2003 and finished with academics in November 2004. for some reason, i have decided to make a blog and write down my thoughts on webpaper.  here to the blog. I hope you enjoy looking at my pictures and get as hungry looking at them as much as i did.  Onto the pictures!
