PURPOSE The Grounds is a Christian coffee house located in Columbia, Mississippi. Our purpose is to provide a positve place for youth to go and hang out with Christian friends who love them and hear positve Christian music.

The Grounds provides many positve things to do : On Thursdays, we have Bible study  at 7:00 led by Joey Johnson and Jonathan Gammill On Fridays, we provide a place to hang out. We listen to Christian music and play foosball. We are open from 7:00 to 12:00 On Saturdays, We have Christian concerts. The concerts are free but we ask that you please make a donation of $5. We are open from 7:00 -12:00.

THE RESULTS ARE IN The bands for the anniversery show August 19 are: with a runnaway victory, Centerpeace with Fortunate Stranger and Dust in a close 2nd and 3rd. Admission will be free, but a love offering will be taken.Also free food and drinks for all

A Thought From The Webmaster For those of you who missed the concert by Jeremiah's*Grotto, the lead singer form the original band is now the only surviving member. The new band are the guys from the band formerly known to us as Chrome Doughnuts. They played their first show together for us at the Grounds..and i must say...they rock hard...so hard some of us went and saw them the next night at the basement. You might wanna catch them next time ;)
