| Welcome! This is the Psychic Shockers, a "Non-Team Rocket Team Rocket Guild." This group is one of the reasons I quit Team Fury. To work full time on the PS guild. We have several members, but only one has any good stats. That would be Sgt. Surge. Anyway, I am going to stay in Team Rocket and control this group at the same time.
