Promotions:
You can be promoted by sending in Secret Service or 007 stories ext. Or you could join up another member. (will give you a big promotion) you can also send in icon's for copying and distrubution among your squadron. You could also make a squadron newsletter for 1 month at least, and one letter each two weeks. As higher you get in rank, or the chain of command, the more is expected of you for a promotion. You may see a star by your name, that means that if you get 5 stars, you get a promotion! Please e-mail your squadron leader, this is one way THEY get a promotion. They will inform me A.S.A.P.


Leaders:
You are responsible for your squadron. You must update them on your changes or events in your squadron. If they have a question, you must answer it. If they deserve a promotion, you must inform me on their progress so that I may update their promotion status! This is one way you can get a promotion. You must also take care of your squadron, this is also how you get a promotion. Please do not fear jumping in to take controll of your squadron. This earns you sufficient points toward's a promotion. Please e-mail me if you have any questions.
