HARM AND MENTAL SUFFERING. The actions have twice been attributed to the U.S. government. Federal, state, county or local? The FBI? Chicano agents? Who knows.
PROLOGUE
It is beyond dispute that the legalization of drugs would alleviate or asuage the rainbow problem mentioned above. Drugs will always be used by entertainers, writers, politicians, police officers and judges. The illegality of drugs makes the foundation on which this country's government sits mere wormwood.The illegality of drugs here in the United States creates a veritable factory, spewing out incident after incident of injustice as another factory may spew out milk, automobiles or detergent.
The problem is caused by the inability of lawful people to obtain their recreational (or medical) drug of choice how and when they want it. This gives criminals leverage over law abiding people. You should think about judicial and police officer corruption and how those engaged in these professions can be used as tools for criminals to harass and discriminate against American citizens. This corruption involves individuals or organizations. Also, look at the types of people who must be associated with to get your drug of choice. You are inevitably going to encounter undesirable types of people, people who you would rather not associate with and unhealthy situations. Another path of danger to one's health lies in the fact that you never really know what the illegalized recreation product contains.
People must have their happiness. Why should criminals be able to enjoy all the pleasure and benefits while law abiding citizens cannot? The only other alternative is to let the factories of corruption and crime control our government and our country.
