HIGHLAND KLAN CD AVAILABLE ON DINO RECORDS

The Kenne Highland Klan recorded seven songs in the studio for their new CD, Gemini on a Full Moon on Dino Records. Visit their site through our link. The CD is getting considerable airplay on many of the college stations in the Boston area. The band is already writing new songs for a future full-length release called Smirk. Titles of the songs include She's A Darling, Princess of the Trailer Park, No Sleep Til Geno's, Koda to Cub, Absoultely Horrible, You're Killing Me With Tribute, Best Guy Ever, Wisdom of Solomon, 1-4-5, and Drowning My Sorrows. A cover of Pink Floyd's Julia Dream done Dead Boys style is also being considered.

A NEW ADDITION!

The band welcomes the beautiful Miss Ruby to our travelling road show. She'll be helping with the background vocals and with her good looks. The band with this new line-up did their first show on "On The Town" at WMFO. Although it is an unofficial release, it is getting significant airplay on the local college stations. Thanks goes out to Joel Simches for his fine production work. Two songs from this broadcast are unreleased originals "She's A Darling" and "Princess Of The Trailer Park"

HIGHLAND KLAN NEWS

Kenne's been making a ton of appearances on the local college stations, especially Coffee N Smokes. He's been showing the enthusiasm that we all know and love him for. His early work with the Gizmos has finally made it to CD with more to follow. A single has also been released in Italy.

Carl has also been playing with the Classic Ruins and took a recent trip to Shea Stadium. I guess he's given up on the Red Sox. He's also in the Doom Buggies when Tom Bull is healthy.

Matt has a few side bands that he is playing in. The only band he'll fess up to is called Awakening Stick.

MJ recently played bass on two songs for the upcoming release by Keith Bowniece. Highland Klan alumni Matt Hunter played drums on the session. MJ has been singing lead on the old Dolls tune "Pills" in memory of his old friend Katie Lindsay, who got him back into playing in a band after nearly 10 years of not being in one. You're not forgotten.
