Demimonde album is distributed by Nightshade, click here... Demimonde is an doom metal orchestra created in Prague during May 1996. The basic idea is to create a mystical sound art with elements of classical, middle-age, psychedelic or experimental music. The final result /oscilates between atmospheric doom metal (style Anathema, Moonspell, Thaeter of Tragedy) and progressive black metal (Cradle of Filth are the best of...)/ is not recomanded for psychicaly unstable persons. As you are listen to Demimondial music, that one is transporting you into another worlds where you can touch the secret dreams, you can imagine ancient battles, inquisition, deep forests, dances on king courts, hellish destinations, plains of eternal ice, etc... Lands of Demimonde are full of Vampires, Ravens, Mages...
...Elementals, Tormentors and another creatures. This shadow world with majestic towers, large swamps, caves, cloudy grey sky is ruled and powered by Demigods, creators.
There are seven Demigods actually:
Pendaran - bassguitar, the ruler
of thunders;
D´aven - keyboards, the ruler
of angel choirs;
Ankaabut - solo guitar, the ruler
of merchandise and nomads;
Ton - drums, the ruler
of storms and marches;
Tanya - female voices, the ruler
of beauty and spirit;
Kashtan - guitar, vocals, the ruler
of obsession;
Klouzek - vocals, guitar, the ruler
of hell choirs;
During June 1997, the band finished their first record at studio. 45 minutes long LP contains seven songs in order:
