Welcome to Ladyhawk's Website!

Hello and welcome to LadyHawk's website!  My love of music was the inspiration in creating this website.  I am not a musician in any way.  I tried to learn how to play guitar when I was younger but it always hurt my fingertips.  I'm not a good singer either...lol.  However, I believe I could have been a great song writer in another life as I am a prolific writer and have written many poems and songs.  I wrote my first song back when I was around 10 years of age...it was called "Living In The City" and I still remember most of the words to it. I simply love music.  Music is always there for me, it soothes my soul and is my best friend.  I can always find a tune to play to match my mood and/or feelings at the time. I started this website at the suggestion of some fellow Lynyrd Skynyrd fans that I used to chat with a lot. Therefore, this website has reference to a lot of my favorite Southern Rock music artists.  However, my taste in music is wide and varied.  Honorable mentions include Daniel Lanois, Genesis, Phil Collins, Peter Gabriel, Marshall Tucker, Toy Caldwell, and The Neville Brothers.  One of these days, I'll update this website.  But, for now, I hope you enjoy what I have on here thus far.
