My interests are: horses, cats, outdoor activities, 80s music, ballet, light opera and theater. BUT... My favorite subject to talk about it horses, of course! I ride at Delta Farms in Plymouth, California, which is a town which is a town that was built in the gold rush era. Here are a few picturees of the horses in my life. The first picture is my baby, Kandenza. She is a Warmblood filly. Her Mother is Kristina, a Swedish Warmblood. Her Father is Killer, a Dutch Warmblood. Stuart is a Thoroughbred in training to be a jumper at Delta Farms and he is for sale. Pagan is a Thoroughbred Stallion who is a Grandson of the great race horse, Secretariat.

UPDATE 7/7/1998! Here's some more info on my baby, Kandenza (otherwise known as Kandy around the barn.) She is now 2 1/2 months old and has started her halter training. She has caught on really fast! I had to use a butt rope at first but now she follows on the lead without it. The next trick is to actually lead her somewhere without Mom around! That's going to be interesting cause she sticks to her like glue. She has a one-of-a-kind personality, in fact she jumped out of the pasture when she was only about a month and a half to go visit some horses in the next pasture!!! Come this fall she'll be going before the inspection board at UC Davis (in California) and receiving her brand. I know she won't be a happy camper about the whole thing but it is something that is done in the American Warmblood Association. I'll keep you updated on her training as the months progress! I also will be putting new pictures of her up as she grows so you can enjoy watching her grow up!
