| This
page is called Windsong's Dream because I am once again an avid player
of Underlight. Graduate school
became so hectic I had to find time to play and relax again, so Windsong
is back and in top form! ^_^ She's now a member of the Union of the Covenant, still a teacher, and beginning work on her sixth sphere. I'll try
and make a page sometime about her bio and include a beautiful picture
my friend drew of her too. ^_^

page needs some major work, so forgive me for having it a bit out of
date and not having as much info on it as I used to. I'm working on

| Here
are a few basics about my real world self: |

I
MADE IT! I have FINALLY graduated from the greatest university in the
world--VIRGINIA TECH! My major was
Biology. *waits for the groans to cease before
continuing* Now now, it's not that bad a major, and I happen to like
it a lot. And yes! They got the name right on the degree! ^_^ Currently,
I'm a graduate student pursuing my master's in history (and yes, I'm
still at Tech). Strange as it sounds, history isn't that far of a jump
from biology. I love hands-on research (and boy am I getting plenty
of that with my thesis project)and I love asking and answering questions.
Biology taught me the methodology to do research, and now I'm putting
it to good use. Maybe someday I'll actually become a professor and get
paid to do all of this work...Well, assuming the thesis doesn't kill me before May... *crosses her fingers* |

|
I attended
the Regional Governor's School for Global Economics and Technology.
It two of the best years of my life, not to mention it got me way ahead
in college. A million thanks to all of my GSGET teachers (you know who
you are)! GSGET is truly one of the best things a high schooler can
go through, even if it does mean extra work and getting up earlier.
A big congrats to everyone who has ever made it in and survived! You'll
be better for it in the long run! |

I am a huge
fan of science fiction and fantasy. I enjoy roleplaying, which I unfortunately
don't have a lot of time for anymore. When I do have the time, I enjoy
games like Dungeons
and Dragons or Warhammer
40K in addition to Underlight.

I have two
cats, Misty and Jewel, who I love more than life itself that live with
my parents. I used to have two rats, but they've both unfortunately grown old and passed on to ratty-heaven. I know, I know, everyone thinks rats are gross animals, etc. They really aren't. They're sweet, friendly, intelligent, and make great pets...especially if you don't have a lot of room for a cat or a dog. I miss my girls... |
