Welcome to my newly remodeled abode.  Here you will find out a little bit more about the character behind AsylumX, and the lifestyle he lives.

If you like, you can check out my stats in the Just AsylumX section.  There you will find info on my interests, physique, and those I associate myself with.  If there is anything else you would like to know about me, feel free to E-Mail Me.  When my DSL is up and running, I check my email at least twice daily, usually more often than that. 

My favorite sport, as many may know, is Hockey, the coolest game on earth.  My pick of the many NHL teams comes straight out of Hockeytown, the Detroit Red Wings.  Check out their site, usually they have some cool stuff going down.  

One of my prime interests lies in Medieval history and fantasy.  When I played Dungeons and Dragons, years ago, I even took time to create a world of my own.  I call it Shendor, and you can step through the watergate if you would like to check it out!  Also related, there are two great medieval fantasy series that I would recommend to any who love to read.  The Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan is a great, albeit long series.  Another one that I have just recently ventured into is A Song of Fire and Ice by George R.R. Martin.  I'm reading the second book now and I had a lot of difficulty putting the first one down!

And finally, everyone likes music.  I happen to prefer heavier music like Saliva or Rammstein.  I know what you're thinking, the two are nothing alike!  You are absolutely correct, but they are both great groups.  If you haven't heard them, check it out!  There are a few local groups that I like a lot, too.  A couple of good examples are G-Lethal-9 and Orange Shade.  A friend of mine is also in a group with some former members of Subringer and a few other groups.  When they get going, I'll add their link too!
