Why are you worrying? Who is going to kill you? Soul does not die and the soul is not born. What happened, happened for the better. What is happening, happening for the better. What is going to happen, is going to happen for the better. Don't worry about the past. Don't worry about the future. Think about the present. Why are you crying? What did you lose? What did you bring that has been lost? What have you created that had been destroyed? You have not brought anything. What you have bought, you have gotten from here and when you leave you are going to give it back. You came empty handed and your leaving empty handed. What is yours today was someone else's yesterday and tommorrow it will be in someone else's hands. You think it is yours, so your proud and this train of thought is the reason for your pain. The changes in your life is a rule. For the soul, death is the beginning of a new life. In one minute you can become a millionaire and in the next minute you can become homeless. Yours, mine, big, small....... erase from your mind. Everything is yours and you are for everything. This body is not yours and you are not the owner of the body. It is made from fire, water, earth, air, and sky and it will return there. But your soul does not. So who are you? Give yourself to God. This is the best support. Whoever knows this support will be rid of fear, worry, and sadness.
