Yooper Lynn here. I lead a relatively interesting if somewhat predictable life. I am a single parent of three children, two of whom are grown and one whom is still at home. The older two are males while the younger one is a daughter and she is really giving me a run for the money. The joys of grading papers.   I am a teacher at a very small K-12 school in the Upper Penisula of Michigan (312 Students K-12) and have taught almost everything I am qualified to teach including English 8-12, Biology, Advanced placement Biology, Anatomy and Physiology, Physical Science 9, and Health. In addition I have traveled to Florida several times as Senior class advisor and am presently the year book advisor as well.   I have lived in Michigan's Upper Peninsula for over twenty years now and find it increasingly difficult to put up with the severe winter weather. For this reason I have included my Resume. If you have any ideas please don't hesitate to let me know!!   I love to travel and have attended four reunions that were organized through the (now defunct) WBS 50+ Chat Room... one in Cleveland Ohio in the Summer of 1996 and one in Pennsylvania in the Fall of 1996, one in Rhode Island in 1997, and one in New York in the Summer of 1999. I had a marvelous time at all of them. I have also visited some Chat friends in Texas and Rhode Island as well as the Lower Peninsula of Michigan and in Kansas. It has been a real enjoyment for me to meet these friends and I am looking forward to doing some more traveling.   As for other hobbies, I don't do much during the school year but in the summer, I enjoy reading, gardening, hiking, fishing and just plain hanging with my friends.   OH Yes, and every once in a while you can find me playing on the puter!!!
