Welcome to my Web site. I am currently managing editor of the Blackwell (Okla.) Journal-Tribune. I have been in Blackwell since September 2004. After serving a year and a half as sports editor, I was named managing editor on Feb. 28, 2006. We were a 5-day-a-week daily until January 2007, when we became a 3-day-a-week publication.

I have worked as a journalist in the following towns: *Dexter, MO *Kennett, MO *Poplar Bluff, MO *Ste. Genevieve, MO *Farmington, MO *Cape Girardeau, MO *Blackwell, OK

I have lived most of my life in Missouri, graduating from North County High School (Bonne Terre/Desloge, Mo.) and Central Methodist College (Fayette, Mo.) After 15 years in the workforce, I went back to school (at Southeast Missouri State University) and earned my MA in history.
