Welcome to the online "War Photos Museum" dedicated to the Filipino indie poet, fictionist, palnter, and rock music artist Vicente-Ignacio Soria de Veyra.

Vicente, also known to his friends and intimate circle as Jojo (Filipino slangy name for 'junior', or, a son with same name as his pop's), is sometimes referred to in this site as warphoto. Warphoto, a sort of one-man-band nickname Vicente uses, is derived from the title of a poetry volume of his -- "War Photos" -- the title likewise of this site's Poeetry Section.

    This site gives you a FREE glimpse of Warphoto's scribbles, nibbles, and gargles -- from his poetry, fiction, and social criticism, to his comments on certain movies and alternative rock albums, his ad writing, and believe it or not, two of his many mp3 songs in English plus a link to his 2005 band!

Here primarily are
the first six online books of poems by a Filipino author, Vicente's:

Also, below you'll find a link to another poetry outlet for young poets, likewise to its submit page enjoining all young poets to contribute. It's a journal-of-sorts called 4894, the FREE online wall of young Philippine poetry which Vicente helped found for no bad reason. Among other things, you can also download from here your FREE copy of Vicente-Ignacio's mp3's of his unpublished/unrecorded songs! What more can you ask for?
