A lot of minor changes have been made to content. Some of these are the replacement of two of the pictures on the fanart page, due to the authors' sentiments to the point that the new pictures are better. Kenneth's picture of the light Chosen has been replaced with a sort of title shot for Shades of Light and Darkness, check it out, and make sure to view the full size image. Similary, Saphire Rose replaced her picture of The Chosen and Mina with a new image, which in her opinion is better, and has forced me to take the old image down (which is a shame). Further, Kenneth has started writing a volume three to SLD, and while that is not posted yet, it does exist and will soon be put up.

It's been a long time. What free time I had before college dissapeared with it, and while I thought I would have more during the summer, that did not happen because of work. Without much motivation to take chunks of the little time I had, this site stagnated.
|
But not all is lost, for motivation has come at last. There is now Fan Art by Saphire Rose and Kennth Krekeler based on SLD, displayed in the Fan Art section. Moreover, Kenneth has decided to come back to the pen. He has edited the first few parts of The Chosen: Resurrection, and is now working on continuing his storyline. With these changes, I could hardly keep this site the way it was, although I admit that it has taken me a while to get to it. Ah, well. Such is life.

For those who are new here, just a quick recap of what this place is. This is the home page of Shades of Light and Darkness (aka SLD), a Sailor Moon alternate universe, if you will. It was started with one oversizd fanfic written some time ago, and has expanded considerably since. It is over two megs of text, it is fanart, it is, to put it in simple terms, something you might enjoy finding out a bit more about. Just pick a destination from the links on your left, or below.
Good luck, and don't forget to go to the contact page to thank Saphire Rose and Kenneth for bringing this place back. |
