Painting on a leather jacket. This painting combines the cover of Meat Loaf's "Bat out of Hell" album with images from Terry Pratchett's book "Soul Music". It was commissioned by Tim Broadribb, who acted as unofficial music advisor on "Soul Music". Detail from a large acrylic painting. This was an unusual commission as it was painted on a cello case! Painting on a leather jacket. The logo of the band Sisters of Mercy is based on a line drawing in Grays Anatomy showing the disection of the human head. This painting takes the symbol literally!
